With over 20 years of experience at HSBC and American Express, Hitesh is a fintech leader driving financial inclusion in Sri Lanka. As Chairman of the Open Banking Subcommittee (FASL), he collaborates with the CBSL and LankaPay on national digital initiatives.He is the founder of AnyBanQ and QChatPay and holds a Master FinTech Professional (GAFM) qualification.
Petula Wijesinghe

With 14+ years in digital finance, she is the SLASSCOM 2024 Women in Tech National Winner and a U.S. Professional Fellow (2025). Recognized by the IFC for her expertise in emerging markets, she is a senior FASL member driving scalable collaborations between banks and regulators.
Manjula Hewage
Director & Chief Technology Officer
A Fractional CTO and Tech Strategy Advisor with 25+ years of experience, he specializes in AI-driven enterprise transformation and digital platform design. With over 15 years in senior leadership, he holds an MSc in Cyber Security and is currently pursuing a DBA focused on AI and productivity systems.

With 30+ years of global leadership at KLM, Informa UK, and Daily Mail Group, he is an expert in operational transformation and enterprise value creation. Currently the Managing Director of DGH Technologies (DGHTEC), he spearheads strategic expansion and the execution of scalable, technology-driven business models.

A Chartered Insurer and Marketer with 35 years as CEO (AIG, LOLC), he is a former President of the Sri Lanka Insurance Institute. He leverages deep regulatory expertise and tech-platform experience to lead QChatPay’s institutional compliance and commercial strategy.
Saman Peiris

With 30+ years of leadership across pharma, aviation, and plantations, he is the CEO of DGH Technologies. He previously tripled revenue as CEO of Akbar Pharmaceuticals and served as Country Manager for Eli Lilly, following award-winning tenures at Cathay Pacific and Air Lanka.
